The first BioMara stakeholder engagement meeting was held at the Scottish Association for Marine Science in Oban, Scotland.

The aim of the meeting was to engage the BioMara project with the wider community. BioMara scientists presented information on the project's research plans and its proposed outcomes.

Individuals interested in the potential for BioMara to help with their long-term energy needs, business development or social or scientific projects were invited.
